Support in case of special need

If, for example,

• you are under 18 years old or
• you are an elderly person or
• you are restricted in your everyday life by an impairment or
• you are suffering from the serious consequences of the crime you have experienced

and you are under particular strain as a result of a crime, psychosocial court assistance might be the right thing for you. In all those cases, the Land of Lower Saxony offers psychosocial court assistance free of charge. Under the entry psychosocial court assistance in the List of Support Facilities, you will find persons and support facilities in your vicinity.
